Tip of the Day

From experience a cold rinse  reduces the frizzyness of my hair much better than a hot rinse.  So at the very end a shower (for those of you who wash/ cowash often especially) turn the cold water up high for a few moments.

Hot and Cold  The science: a blast of cold water can flatten the cuticle onto the shaft and make the hair appear shinier. It also seals in any moisture you have imparted on it during the course of the shower (in the instance that you may have conditioned it or something)

Naturally if you do want to keep this effect it is still necessary that you dry and condition your hair in a manner best for your hair type and texture.
